Fair enough, but take a slide at the 20, don't fight for yardage at the 26. I think we can all agree on that plan.

are we sure McKelvin's decision to take it out was bone-headed? if he kneels, the Pats get four clock stoppages with the two minute warning. If he runs for 6 seconds or so, the two minute warning goes off when there would have been a clock stoppage anyway, on the change of possession. Malign him all you want for failing to protect the ball, but depriving the Pats of a clock stoppage seems like a decent plan to me...

I think Jeremy was using a little-known literary tool referred to as sarcasm. Irony, perhaps.

"How about that Ben Watson? I always knew he had it in him."

Really??? Thought you and Shaughnessy were not impressed by Watson.

That Sheriff guy's right!!

Too much homer-cooking here, teach. Dropped passes and poor timing abounded in the passing game, for one thing- your love for wide recievers and QB's worldwide has certainly influenced you in an overly passitive manner. C+ is more like it, a B- at most.

And as for Coaching, if B+icheck gets a B+ for basically a Blindly lucky win at home against a pretty darn young and heretofore poor team- (what, did The Great One make that poor sap run the ball out of the end zone on the final kickoff? But for that brainfa'h't, well, perish the thought)- well, how high can you go when he actually DOES out-coach a REAL team this year? Nah, the Coaching- also terribly average. Darth Belicheck gets paid to make it work- it didn't really actually work, but he lucked out in the end. Give 'im a C and tell him to hit the film room. The New York Blitz is coming.

JG-

In my book, a grade of 'C' is average.... Considering that the Bills played... no wait... STARTED three rookie Offensive linemen, I think you were being most kind to the Pats. They should have had their way with Edwards last night.. Don't blame it on the 'no huddle' and they D getting tired. Let's face it. The Bills, a below aerage team on a good day, made the Pats, an above average team on a bad day. look baD... and yes, I capitalized the 'D'..... as in the grade they should have gotten.
