As near as I can tell, Belichick has a thing for the E Street Band (Eckel and Evans). Both are major contributors on STs (I could honestly see Eckel taking over for Izzo on ST), and Eckel is as close to getting a “golden pass” as a JAG could possibly have in Foxboro (first, I think Belichick was glad to get him back; second, don’t forget who recommended Eckel to Belichick in the first place: Steve Belichick).

Please take time to review the petition that I have created. If you support my cause then feel free to sign it and pass it on to anyone you may know. I am not looking for anyone to get in trouble. I just believe that an explanation must be given by the Boston Herald and Mr. Tomase as to why it was reported in their newspaper (which has been credible in the past) that a video tape existed of the St. Louis Rams walkthrough prior to Super Bowl XXXVIII. Hopefully, this will begin to put closure to the Spy gate issue. The New England Patriots violated a rule and should have been punished as they were, but this story has gone overboard for months.

Now that we’re on the subject of player names, anyone else a little skeptical of Benjarvus Green-Ellis? This guy sounds like he was pieced together by the remains of Benjamin Watson, Jarvis Green, and Ellis Hobbs. Roll a tight end, a defensive end, and a cornerback all into one and you get a… running back? Interesting.

Nice to have a laugh while reading about my favorite team. Usually the humor in these types of blogs never escapes the neighborhood of adolescence (PFW anyone?) but this was pretty smart. PD is a cut above. Thank you.
