Hey Major, is that also irony? A 'homerism' complaint in the same post as a 'we' reference?

Your mistake, Kulko, is in reading "they can't be beaten" in my post. Rather, the post is to relfect the lunacy in the media, which witnesses that game on Sunday and comes away with a storyline that practically dismisses the Patriots in favor of 'the previously unbreaten Super Bowl champs who blew a ten point lead at home in the final quarter have got a lot of reasons to feel good about themselves after this game'.

If the story had been 'two great teams going at it for sixty minutes, and they'll see each other down the road, quite possibly in New England', then there would have been no post. If Tomase hadn't written about what a loveable rogue Bill Polian is after Belichick has been assaulted for more than a year over HOW HE SHAKES HANDS, I wouldn't have posted that either.

Got it? And yeah, pal. I'm a homer. That's why the site exists in the first place. I happily plead guilty.

Ohmy god, and I thought this was a site for patriots news not for foxsports-comments-level homerism.

Of course they showed that we can be beaten. And we showed them back, "yes you can, but you need to do it the hard way".

The unbeaten record still stands, but that game could have gone easily the other way.

Tomase may be attempting irony...or something.

Big fan of 'this is how the Pats can be beaten' retarded cousin;
'the loss does not automatically give NE home field advantage in the playoffs and even if it did, Indy CAN win a playoff game in Foxboro in January.'

Specious.
